Downstairs
There is a small porch inside the front door which is suitable for the storage of golf clubs, prams or the like.This porch gives access to the farmhouse country kitchen/dining room and a double/twin (link and zip beds) bedroom en suite.
The kitchen is well appointed with a large dining table with 6 chairs. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

Upstairs
The stairs lead to a large bedroom, with again, link and zip beds, a wardrobe and a dressing table in addition to a chest of drawers. Adjacent is a bathroom with a shower built into the bath. Next is a sitting room of generous proportions with a lovely bay window that overlooks the R&A clubhouse and the beach. The Sitting room has a TV and a DVD plus a music centre.
